 Every institutional relationship follows a disciplined, four-stage engagement:

• Confidential Feasibility. Under NDA, we scope the counterparty's mandate, geography, target asset class, capital envelope and horizon, and produce an initial opportunity assessment.

• Design & Structuring. We propose a project design, capital structure, governance framework, target returns, phased build-out, and risk allocation. This is the point at which the platform architecture is fixed.

• Anchor Deployment. We execute the first asset acquisition or platform launch, stand up the operating and reporting infrastructure, and demonstrate performance in the initial 12-24 months.

• Platform Scale. Follow-on capital deployment, additional assets, vertical integration steps, and platform expansion are executed against pre-agreed milestones and governance.
